Where, Oh Where??

After the Iron Bowl on Saturday, which was the greatest college football game every played, tens of thousands of fans, ran onto the field at Jordan-Hare stadium to celebrate Auburn’s amazing win.
When the dust settled, no pun intended, it was discovered that someone has spread the ashes of a loved one on the field.

Yep, there it is.
I thought at first, how stupid is this.
Then it hit me, how brilliant.
Sports is so much of our lives, if we stopped to think about it for more than 5 seconds,  we would realize this.
I heard from someone on my radio show on Tuesday (102.5 The Game) about how he spread his father’s ashes at Neyland Stadium, where they had shared so many great moments.
I was asked, where would I like my ashes spread and what sports venue would I choose.
I thought long and hard and it hit me.
Probably at my high school, McGavock, on the football field.
Why?
Every time I think of that that football field, I smile.
Every single time.
After a quick google search, you will see that a lot of people have spread their ashes of loves ones at many sports arenas, stadiums, etc, for a long time.
And you know, why not?
If you had to pick a place, where would it be?
