One of my all-time favorite baseball players was this guy below, former Braves pitcher Rick Mahler.
Why?
Because he didn’t look like one.
He looked more like he drove a truck 5 days a week and then pitched for the Braves on the weekend. He had no form, no shape and pretty sure, no muscle. (Sounds like someone else I know.)
